Storage Condition

Store the whole head of cabbage in an airtight bag in a fridge for up to a week. It will lose freshness rapidly once the head is chopped. If you only need half ahead, place the remaining half in an airtight bag and add a few drops of water onto the cut side and refrigerate. The cut half should last another few days.
