About our organic leeks
Our organic leeks are grown without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilisers. They add a gentle, sweet onion flavour without the sharpness of onion.
How to enjoy
Use in soups, stews, pies and quiches, sauté with butter or olive oil, or slice thinly into salads.
Storage
Keep refrigerated unwashed; rinse well between the layers just before cooking.
